JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
In this hands-on, rewarding role, you’ll help lead the team by example and play a key part in building a positive, inclusive, and well-run community our residents truly enjoy being a part of.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Foster strong resident relationships by handling queries, feedback, and online reviews professionally, while enhancing satisfaction through proactive engagement and community events.
Support tenancy management, including inspections, lease renewals, rent collection, arrears monitoring, and adherence to company policies.
Contribute to leasing operations by conducting property viewings, responding to enquiries, and converting leads into tenancies.
Maintain property standards through regular walk-throughs, vendor coordination, invoice oversight, and collaboration with finance and facilities teams.
Assist with operational leadership, including budget/report preparation and stepping in as Acting Community Manager to ensure seamless site performance.
About you:
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong background in customer service, ideally from residential property or hospitality, paired with confidence in managing tenant relations and resolving issues. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate cultural awareness when engaging with diverse student communities, and possess a sound understanding of tenancy legislation and property operations. You will be an excellent communicator, whom is organised and solution - oriented.
Key requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
Real Estate license valid for ACT.
Valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.
