JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
*This is a 6-month contract position, averaging 20 hours a week during regular business hours.*

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in lead generation and qualification (research, outreach, web/inbound leads)
- Maintain and update CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or internal equivalent) with prospect data, activity logs, and status updates
- Help prepare proposals, PowerPoint presentations, bid documents, and sales collateral
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and meeting logistics with internal teams and prospective clients
- Support pricing and cost model inputs, compile data, and assist with estimates
- Track pipeline and sales performance metrics; prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
- Liaise with subject matter experts, engineering, operations, and project teams to source content, inputs, and feedback
- Assist with client communication (emails, reminders, follow-ups) and ensure a high level of responsiveness
- Conduct competitive research and market intelligence to inform sales strategy
- Perform administrative tasks as needed (document management, data cleanup, contract formatting, etc.)
- Occasionally support in-person or virtual client meetings, trade shows, or business development events
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, business development, consulting, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using a CRM system and managing sales pipelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to create and edit professional proposals and presentations
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-starter, proactive, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in clean energy, EV infrastructure, sustainability, or technology consulting
Preferred / Desired
- Prior exposure to infrastructure, energy, real estate or construction sectors
- Familiarity with EV charging technology, incentive programs, or utility/energy policy
- Experience with pricing models, cost estimation, financial analysis
- Basic knowledge of project management tools or software
Additional Details
- Predominantly remote, with possibility of hybrid or occasional in-office work
- Some travel may be required for site visits, client meetings, or industry events
- Evening or weekend meetings may occasionally be required

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
