Job Profile Summary
Responsible for supporting the leasing or maintenance teams by assisting in various administrative tasks or technical and mechanical work to ensure performance goals are met in preparation of apartment turn season.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assists with maintenance with trash management, and unit inspections.
• Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Performs touch-up paints for vacants and partially occupied units and ensures apartment homes have been properly caulked and sealed as needed around windows, sink areas, toilets, bathtubs, and showers. 
• Assists with moving furniture, and installing new furniture (could involve lifting some furniture 50 lbs. or more depending on what replacements are needed in the apartment)
• Assists with the move-in and move-out process for residents; commits to working move-in and move-outs with the understanding that these events, along with “turn”, are mandatory work dates.

The hourly range for this position is $14.90 - $17.79.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
