JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supports daily essential tasks (tickets, onboardings, etc.).
- Creates documentation for procedures as requested.
- Supports and adhere to systems architecture / infrastructure requirements.
- Works with the IT team to provision HW / network / storage / telephony / Cloud solutions as needed.
- Supports the recommendations of Senior IT leadership.
- Works with contracted support resources in ongoing systems operations support activities.
- Provides on-call support.
- Troubleshooting experience.
- Provides preventive maintenance.
- Physical server build, rack and stack.
- Investigation of security incidents as needed.
Required Education or Certifications:
• B.S. in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Technical certifications are a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• 2+ years in the role of a system engineer or equivalent experience
• 2+ years Office 365 and Azure AD administration (hybrid experience preferred)
• 2+ years experience designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure within cloud operating environments (Azure experience preferred)
• Experience with MS Teams Administration
• Demonstrated proficiency with Powershell
• Experience with ProofPoint, or similar 3rd party message hygiene system
• Experience with network design, support, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows Server operating systems, Active Directory, Hyper-V, etc.
• Experience with 3rd party directory integration experience
• Minimum 5+ years of progressive responsibility within IT
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization
• Experience with automation is a plus

Additional Compensation:
Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.
Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
