JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the asset, leading the onsite team and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the building to achieve occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction and asset preservation goals.
We are looking for a professional with a strong focus on operations, residential property management and customer service, capable of combining business performance with operational excellence.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and services.
  • Supervise resident move-ins, move-outs and tenancy management processes.
  • Manage operational, technical and resident-related incidents ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the building maintains high operational standards.
  • Deliver a high level of service and resident satisfaction.
  • Manage resident enquiries, incidents and complaints efficiently.
  • Foster a safe, well-managed and welcoming residential community.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to drive occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Supervise tenancy agreements, deposits and monthly rent payments.
  • Monitor key property performance indicators (occupancy, revenue, service levels, incidents).
  • Identify and manage payment issues, penalties and financial incidents.
  • Coordinate external providers including maintenance, cleaning and technical services.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across the property.
  • Verify completed works and review vendor invoices.
  • Identify operational improvements that enhance the quality and efficiency of the asset.
  • Support the monitoring of the asset’s operational budget.
  • Manage administrative issues related to contracts, deposits and billing.
  • Coordinate with corporate teams including Finance, Operations and Asset Management.
  • Ensure the property operates in compliance with Spanish residential regulations under LAU.
  • Oversee mandatory inspections and technical building compliance.
  • Promote a strong Health & Safety culture within the building.
About You
Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in residential property management, BTR, coliving or hospitality assets.
  • Knowledge of Spanish residential lease regulations (LAU) is highly valued.
  • Strong organisational and operational management skills.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and digital management tools.
