JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Revenue Analyst is responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and reporting on company revenue to support strategic decision-making. This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure revenue accuracy, identify trends, and improve revenue performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and attention to detail.

  • Preparerecurringrevenuereports(daily,weekly,monthly,quarterly)

  • Monitorrevenuetrends,variances, andKPIs,providingactionableinsights

  • Supportmonth-endandquarter-endrevenuecloseactivities

Forecasting&Planning

  • Developandmaintainrevenueforecastsandmodels

  • PartnerwithSales andFinancetoalignforecastswithpipeline data

  • Identifyrisksandopportunitiesimpactingrevenueperformance

  • Supportbudgetingandlong-termfinancialplanninginitiatives

Data Management &Accuracy

  • Ensurerevenuedataaccuracyandconsistencyacrosssystems

  • Reconcilerevenuedatabetweenfinance, CRM, andbillingsystems

  • Maintaindocumentationforrevenueassumptionsandmethodologies

  • Supportauditsandcompliancerequirementsrelatedtorevenue

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,Economics, Business,orrelatedfield

  • 2–5yearsofexperienceinrevenueanalysis,financialanalysis,orsimilar roles

  • Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills

  • Proficiencyin Excel (advancedformulas,pivottables,modeling)

  • Experienceworkingwithfinancialsystems, CRMtools(e.g., Salesforce),orERPsystems

  • Excellentattentiontodetailand dataaccuracy

  • Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills

PreferredQualifications

  • Experiencein SaaS,subscription,ormulti-productrevenuemodels

  • Knowledgeofrevenuerecognitionprinciples(e.g., IFRS 15 / ASC 606)
