JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Riverwalk has an immediate opening for an entry level Housekeeper! Our team members are high performers that care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Housekeeper plays a critical role in our success.

Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of interior of buildings, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.

The hourly range for this role is $19.00 - $20.50

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

• Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
