JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Our onsite teams support our resident community. This is a permanent, full time position with core hours Monday – Friday, 12pm – 8pm.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain resident lease files, ensuring accuracy in terms, rates, and documentation.
- Assist with lease signings and move-ins, preparing packages and coordinating appointments.
- Support leasing and marketing by creating materials, following up with prospects, and assisting with renewals.
- Enter and update lease data in property management software (Yardi/OneSite), generating reports as needed.
- Welcome prospective residents, qualify leads, show apartments, and assist with applications.
- Address resident concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Complete financial, administrative, and compliance reports while ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to community enhancements.
- Maintain safety standards, report concerns, and stay updated on industry best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have skills including:
- Demonstrated experience within administration / sales support with experience within the property / real estate industry highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder skills
- Strong Communication – Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Team Player & Self-Starter – Works well in a team and independently, taking ownership of tasks.
- Compliance & Licensing – Must hold a valid driver’s license, and have the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.
