JOB DESCRIPTION

About the role:

Based onsite at our brand new luxury build-to-rent apartments in Melbourne, the Resident Services Coordinator is the friendly, professional face of our community. You will be part of a close-knit onsite team, helping residents feel welcome, supported, and proud to call our community home.

This is a full-time, permanent position working on a rotating roster, including some weekends, to ensure exceptional service for our residents.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents, guests, and visitors

  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and service requests efficiently

  • Manage package deliveries, guest suite bookings, and elevator scheduling

  • Supporting the presentation of shared spaces and liaising with maintenance when needed

  • Collaborating with the community team to organise resident events, activities and community engagement programs.

  • Acting as a local expert by sharing knowledge of nearby services, amenities, and vendors

  • Assisting with administration, leasing support, and database updates

  • Resolving resident questions or concerns promptly and professionally

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations

You will thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in a customer facing role such as hospitality, retail, hotels, airlines, concierge or similar. Real estate highly regarded but not essential

  • A natural service mindset and friendly, professional communication style

  • Strong organisational and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if required.

  • Comfort using systems and databases. CRM or booking systems a bonus, particularly property management software such as Yardi, but not essential – on the job training will be provided

  • Compliance & Licensing – Must have valid government issued ID, the ability to obtain a favourable National Criminal History Check and Working with Children check.

  • Ability to assist with occasional physical tasks and confident in safe manual handling practices
